Ultra Services Group believe that properly focused health & safety, security and risk management training, given to those who actually need it, before they are placed at risk, starting at Induction and refreshed as necessary, will go a significant way to protecting your workers and your business from harm.
All of our classroom style training courses are delivered by competent trainers, qualified and experienced in their specific subject matter, using interactive material to encourage full participation and practice, as this is seen by many to be the most effective method of learning new skills.
We also believe that training should be, where possible, as individual as the company we are training, and as such are happy to tailor our training material to suit your company and your working environment.

As part of our HSE Training & Awareness Service we will attend your premises and carry out a Health & Safety Training Needs Assessment, which we will use to create a bespoke Skills Matrix tailored for your company. We are providing Drug & Alcohol Awareness training also.
We can then work with you to develop and manage your Company Training Plan to ensure the right people, get the right training, at the right time, and that you don’t waste time and money by over-training your workforce.
