Physical Aecurity Audits
At Ultra Services Group we provide a full suite of Security audits aligned to CPNI standards to ensure that our clients have effective systems to deal with any incident.
Our Auditor will:
- Discuss the threat and event history with identified managers
- Review results from previous physical surveys
- Identify and examine existing policies and procedures
- Identify electronic security systems, including CCTV and Access Control
- Carry out a CCTV Data Protection Audit, including both daylight and night time operational assessments
- Assess the effectiveness of CCTV monitoring (internal or via third party) and recording
- Carry out a detailed physical examination
- Assess the effectiveness of on-site security procedures to respond to incidents
Following the visit our Auditor will:
- Prepare an up-to-date threat assessment for all risks pertaining to the location
- Prepare a compliance and gap analysis for all existing policies and procedures
- Prepare a detailed report on the physical security survey, with recommendations
- Prepare a separate report on the CCTV system, with recommendations as to how any identified non-compliances may be addressed
- Carry out additional consultancy services on site to support the close out of works and actions (optional)
